Hi, I’m Dave. The 3rd born, the younger and older brother of the five.

I live in Leicestershire with my amazing family. I have 3 children ranging from 3 to 8 years old. My wife is a full time mummy whilst also working very hard from home. I, like my brother, am also an IT professional working within the education sector, never a dull moment!

I love to cook and try new recipes as often as I can. As a family we also love to bake together, making biscuits and cakes. I am a much better cook than baker.

Unlike my younger sister, I will try any food and will eat pretty much anything once. Whilst I quite like most cheeses, sadly they don’t like me. I am a meat, poultry and seafood eater. My wife is mostly vegetarian and I will often make a vegetarian version of my cooking for her. My kids are mega fussy eaters and I literally have to bribe them to try new foods. Slow progress but getting there.
