There haven’t been any posts recently because I have no kitchen at the moment. A long overdue replacement is being installed and it’ll be a few more days before they finish.
At the moment we have limited access to cooking facilities, just a gas hob in a very dusty shell of a kitchen and then only in the evenings. As a result I’m stuck and badly missing the chance to cook.
I hope to get back in there next week. What are your favourites that you think I should try whey I get my groove back?
